To All Flag & General Officers of the United States Armed Forces: We bid you welcome. Welcome to the website of The Flag & General Officers’ Network. If you are an admiral or general of the U. S. Armed Forces, Pay Grade O-7 through O-10, then you are eligible for membership in our Network. As we write this welcome to you, we are 1600+ strong and have members representing every U. S. Armed Service. We are YOUR Network. We exist for no other reason than to provide a network and forum for active duty, reserve and guard, and retired Flag and General Officers to remain linked together and in touch. Each of us, having reached Flag & General Officer rank, remains involved in numerous organizations and in a variety of ways in continuing to serve our service and our nation until that day when we “depart the planet”. Our premise is that each of us can better continue to serve if we remain linked and connected with those we served with, as well as expanding our networks with other Flag & General Officers that we didn’t have the opportunity to serve with during our uniformed service. While TFGON is primarily centered in the Greater Washington, DC area, we also have members from every State in the Union and many now living and working in foreign countries who try to schedule their trips through Washington, DC to coincide with one of our quarterly networking receptions so they can renew old friendships and form new alliances. If you have any questions, please contact either of us at our direct e-mail address listed below our names. We are continually seeking to enlarge our hearty band of brothers by adding new flag and general officers to our networking list. With all good wishes, Yours in Service To America, Rear Admiral [Ret.] Jim Carey Major General [Ret.] Allen Youngman National Co-Chairman National Co-Chairman RADMCarey@aol.com Allen@american-bdg.com
