Maj. Gen. Genaro J. Dellarocco, program executive officer, missiles and space, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., to commanding general, U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command, Alexandria, Va.

Brig. Gen. Jefforey A. Smith to assistant commanding general, Afghan National Police Development, Combined Security Transition Command - Afghanistan, Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan. He most recently served as deputy director for politico-military affairs (Middle-East), J-5, The Joint Staff, Washington, D.C.

Brig. Gen. Raymond A. Thomas III, deputy director for special operations, J-37, The Joint Staff, Washington, D.C., to deputy commander for operations, Joint Special Operations Command, U.S. Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, N.C.

Brig. Gen. Stephen M. Twitty, chief of staff, Third Army/U.S. Army Central, Fort McPherson, Ga., to special assistant to the senior commander, Fort Bliss, Texas.
