Fil, Jr., United States Army, for reappointment to the rank of lieutenant general and assignment as The Inspector General/Commander, United States Army Inspector General Agency. He is currently serving as Commanding General, Eighth United States Army/Chief of Staff, United Nations Command/Combined Forces Command/United States Forces Korea.

Major General William J. Troy, United States Army, for appointment to the rank of lieutenant general and assignment as Director of the Army Staff, Office of the Chief of Staff, United States Army, Washington, DC. He is currently serving as Commanding General, United States Army Alaska/Deputy Commander, United States Alaskan Command, Fort Richardson, Alaska.

Brigadier General Sanford E. Holman, United States Army Reserve, for promotion to the rank of major general. He is currently serving as Vice Commander, Joint Warfighting Center/Deputy Joint Force Trainer (Individual Mobilization Augmentee), United States Joint Forces Command, Suffolk, Virginia.

Colonel Timothy E. Trainor, United States Army, for promotion to the rank of brigadier general and assignment as Dean of the Academic Board, United States Military Academy, West Point, New York. He is currently serving as Professor, Department of Systems Engineering, United States Military Academy, West Point, New York.
