Lieutenant General David M. Rodriguez, United States Army, for reappointment to the rank of lieutenant general and assignment as Commander, International Security Assistance Force Joint Command/Deputy Commander, United States Forces-Afghanistan. He is currently serving as Commander, International Security Assistance Force Joint Command, Afghanistan.
